Otto's Book Store will be ushering in the month of the Irish by presenting Fiona Powell of WVIA telling Irish folktales from 6 to 8.  Her telling will be interspersed by bagpipe folksongs as played by Dr. Arno Vosk.  Refreshments will include Irish soda bread, shamrock cookies and "green bubbly."
