Hi this is Betsy from Otto’s.  This time of year there are people who are dealing with burdens that seem heavier when contrasted with the “merry” mood of the season.  We have books to help.  We even have picture books to help children cope with grief, with a grandparent’s Alzheimer’s, with a parent’s military deployment.   Call us.  As for gift giving, we understand the burden of wanting to please your loved ones but not having a bundle to spend on their gifts.  Come in.   Find a book for as little as one dollar or a book that looks like fifty dollars and sells for less than half of that.  We gift wrap free—even our sale books.  If your loved one drops a hint just before Christmas, give us a call.  We’ve been getting many of our special orders the next day and if it’s a book that is going to take longer, we have Christmas gift tokens to put under the tree.  And, oh yes, Prohibition’s Prince will be back in plentiful supply December 22.  Call to reserve a copy.  And then really enjoy your long winter’s nap!  Merry Christmas from Otto’s, a booklover’s paradise in the heart of Downtown Williamsport.
