Hi, this is Betsy from Otto’s.  Four authors will be signing this First Friday.  From 5 to 8 you can meet Jeannette Lasansky, author of the newest in the Images of America Series, signing her book Union County River Towns.  Allenwood,  Spring Garden, Alvira, White Deer, New Columbia, West Milton, Central Oaks Heights and Winfield are all pictured and recalled.  Gale Largey, author of The Austin Disaster 1911, as Reported in the Media, will be coming back to meet more of you and he will be at the same table with Paul Heimel and his book, 1911, the Austin Flood.  And, Judith Vicary Swisher will be signing her children’s picture book, The Last Ornament—about the little blue fire engine that got thrown out with the stripped Christmas tree.  Come meet these authors—get started on your holiday shopping and don’t forget to register for our one hundred and seventieth Anniversary Drawing—winners to be picked November 18th at our one hundred and seventieth Anniversary Party!  Come on down to Otto’s, a booklover’s paradise in the heart of downtown Williamsport.
