Don Booz is the founder of Booz and Associates, Inc., an executive and organizational development firm. His clients often describe him as a conversational anthropologist, and he is recognized for his expertise in linking emotional intelligence to personal and professional goals. Known as one of the top executive coaches in the Kansas City area, Don has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach designation by the International Coaching Federation. Using an action-oriented approach, Don teaches emotional intelligence and leadership skills to organizations, including The University of Kansas Health System. He is educated as a marriage and family therapist, executive coach, Conversational Intelligence (TM) Coach, and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
