COVID-19 Green Phase

The Otto Bookstore is increasing our browsing capacity as Lycoming County moves into Green Phase. We will be offering in-store browsing both by appointment and walk-in, and we ask that all patrons entering the store follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask and maintaining social distance with others.
