About the Author

Sascha Feinstein is the author of Misterioso, winner of Hayden Carruth Award. His other books include a memoir Black Pearls: Improvisations on a Lost Year, a collection of interviews, Ask Me Now: Conversations on Jazz and Literature, and two critical books on jazz poetry. In addition to co-editing anthologies, he edits Brilliant Corners: A Journal of Jazz and Literature, which he founded in 1996. He teaches at Lycoming College and in the MFA in Writing program at the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
